About us
Meet the Chef-Owner
Soleil Ramirez was born in Caracas, Venezuela and grew up in a loving, multigenerational home where food was the connection that brought them all together. Her fondest childhood memories are of cooking with her mother and grandmother for all who mean the most to them.

I stopped by as I was recommended of this Venezuelan restaurant by my friend and I am glad I did! I didn't know what to try so I asked them to put together a plate for me. Chicken was very well seasoned and the side grilled veggies were so fresh. I will be coming back to try other items on their menu.

The Cachapas was really good. Probly my favorite from what I tried. The tostones were also good. My mom enjoyed her pulled pork arepa. I don't see much Venezuelan food back home so when I do find some I like to try it. Would for sure go back.

Fresh and delicious! Something new and different with unique flavors and ideas. Started with a beef empanada and it was so good I nearly went up and told them to just serve me anything else as well because I knew it would be equally amazing. Had an arepa with beef, black beans, plantain and Venezuelan cheese. Excellent. Large portion. Great flavors. Exactly what I was hoping to find today.

I got a beef empanada and what I thought would be tasty was absolutely incredible. This style is now my favorite with the dough being fried. The crunch is so good but the beef was the biggest surprise. So much flavor!! I wish I could have these empanadas every day. It comes with a sauce for dipping, it isn't needed but it is also really good (I had the garlic aioli).
